By accessing or using NOVA HUB, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

If you are using NOVA HUB on behalf of a company, agency, team, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

NOVA HUB is a business operating platform. Depending on your account, it may provide tools such as:

• CRM and contact management
• Appointment and calendar management
• Business and production tracking
• Financial analysis tools
• Licensing and progress tracking
• Documents and resources
• Reporting and analytics
• Team and organizational management functionality
• Third-party integrations
• AI-assisted functionality where available

Available functionality may vary by subscription, account type, permissions, or product availability. Not every feature listed above is available to every user.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Activities conducted through your account
• Maintaining appropriate security practices
• Using NOVA HUB only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You must not share credentials in ways that compromise the security of your account or the platform.

NOVA HUB may allow you to connect third-party services. Google is one such optional integration: you may choose to authorize NOVA HUB to interact with Google services such as Google Calendar or Gmail.

Access to Google services occurs only after you authorize the requested permissions through Google's OAuth process, and our use of Google-connected information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect an integration at any time.

Third-party services are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and functionality. Google does not endorse or sponsor NOVA HUB.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the NOVA HUB Privacy Policy.

Because NOVA HUB includes CRM and business-management functionality, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authority, permissions, and consent to enter or upload information concerning clients, prospects, team members, employees, or other individuals into the platform.

NOVA HUB provides software tools, calculations, educational information, organizational resources, and business-support functionality.

• Outputs generated by calculators, reports, projections, AI features, or other tools may depend on information you supply and on assumptions built into the applicable tool.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before relying upon or presenting them.
• Use of NOVA HUB does not replace any professional, regulatory, compliance, legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other obligations that apply to you.

Certain features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate suggestions, summaries, analyses, drafts, or other outputs. AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions.

Please review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with clients or other third parties. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated output.

Certain NOVA HUB features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:

• Fees and billing frequency are presented during purchase or subscription.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable subscription terms.
• You are responsible for applicable charges.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms presented at purchase and by applicable law.

NOVA HUB's software, branding, designs, content, platform functionality, and related intellectual property belong to Nova BSC LLC or its licensors where applicable.

You retain ownership of the information and content you lawfully submit to NOVA HUB. You grant us the permissions necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or improperly reproduce the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security or operation
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Use NOVA HUB for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
• Violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Use another person's data without appropriate authorization
• Circumvent account, subscription, security, or access restrictions

We may update, modify, improve, discontinue, or temporarily suspend features of NOVA HUB. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, upgrades, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, NOVA HUB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nova BSC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Some responsibilities cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to do so.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, fraud or abuse, security risks, unauthorized activity, nonpayment where applicable, or legal or regulatory requirements.

You may stop using NOVA HUB at any time and may cancel applicable subscriptions through the available account or subscription process.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date shown on this page and, where appropriate, by providing reasonable notice. Continued use following an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
