Terms of Service

By accessing NOVA HUB, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization and agree to use the platform in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. NOVA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended business purpose.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided at registration.
• You must keep credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• You must notify NOVA promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Access to NOVA HUB may be provided under a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are set in your order form or subscription agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

NOVA, the NOVA HUB name, logos, and all underlying software, design, and content are owned by NOVA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform ("Customer Data"); you grant NOVA the rights necessary to host, process, and display Customer Data in order to deliver the service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
• Use the service to violate the rights or privacy of others.

NOVA HUB is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA disclaims all warranties, express or implied. NOVA's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

NOVA may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that risks the security or stability of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to access NOVA HUB ends and Customer Data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
