Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nova BSC LLC ("Nova," "NOVA HUB," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access NOVA HUB and its related services.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated as you use NOVA HUB, and information we receive from third-party services that you explicitly choose to connect.

Information you provide

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, role, and authentication details.
  • Contact information you share with us for support, onboarding, or account administration.
  • Business and organizational information, such as your team, agency, or hierarchy details.
  • CRM and contact records you enter or import into NOVA HUB, including notes and interaction history.
  • Appointment and calendar information you create or manage in NOVA HUB.
  • Financial-analysis information you enter into NOVA HUB tools.
  • Licensing and progress information related to your production, training, or advancement tracking.
  • Documents and files you intentionally upload.

Information collected automatically

When you use NOVA HUB, we may collect application usage and technical information such as log data, IP address, browser and device type, and interaction events used to operate and improve the service.

Information from connected services

If you choose to connect a third-party service — for example, your Google account — we receive information from that service only within the scope of the permissions you authorize. See Section 3 for how Google information is handled.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate NOVA HUB.
  • Authenticate users and maintain account access.
  • Provide CRM and business-management functionality.
  • Manage appointments and calendars.
  • Provide financial-analysis tools.
  • Provide licensing, production, reporting, and organizational functionality.
  • Maintain your preferences and connected integrations.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain the security of the platform and prevent abuse.
  • Improve the reliability and functionality of our services.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Google User Data

You may choose to connect your Google account to NOVA HUB. NOVA HUB accesses Google information only after you authorize the requested permissions through Google's OAuth consent process, and only to provide the features described below. Connecting a Google account is optional, and NOVA HUB can be used without it.

Google Calendar

If you authorize the Google Calendar integration, NOVA HUB may access your Google Calendar information to provide calendar functionality within the product. This includes synchronizing NOVA HUB appointments with your connected Google Calendar and, where applicable, using calendar availability and busy information to support scheduling. NOVA HUB does not access Google Calendar information beyond what the permissions you grant allow.

Gmail

If you authorize the Gmail integration, NOVA HUB may use that permission to send email on your behalf when you initiate or authorize email functionality inside NOVA HUB. NOVA HUB does not read, scan, analyze, or store the contents of your Gmail inbox.

Google OAuth Tokens

Google authorization credentials or tokens may be stored and are protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. They are used only to provide the Google functionality authorized by the user. You can revoke this authorization at any time, as described in Section 8.

4. Limited Use of Google User Data

NOVA HUB's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the NOVA HUB interface and appropriate to the permissions you granted. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell Google user data. We share information only in the circumstances described below:

  • Service providers that perform functions necessary to operate NOVA HUB on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that store and process data so the platform can run.
  • Connected third-party services that you specifically authorize, and only to the extent needed to deliver the functionality you requested.
  • Legal and regulatory requirements, including responding to lawful requests or protecting the rights, safety, and integrity of Nova BSC LLC, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

Your organization's administrators may also have visibility into activity performed within accounts they manage.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to information is limited to those who need it to operate and support NOVA HUB.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not represent that our systems are immune from all risk. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us at info@novabsc.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.

8. User Choices and Controls

Where applicable, you can:

  • Update your account and profile information.
  • Disconnect integrations you previously connected.
  • Revoke Google permissions granted to NOVA HUB.
  • Request access to information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.

For Google specifically, you may revoke NOVA HUB's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will disable the NOVA HUB features that depend on that authorization.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us at info@novabsc.com.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your NOVA HUB account and associated personal data by emailing info@novabsc.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on the request.

When you disconnect a Google integration or delete your NOVA HUB account, the Google authorization credentials associated with your connection are revoked or removed, and NOVA HUB stops accessing your Google data. You may also revoke access directly through your Google Account settings.

Deletion may not be immediate. Limited copies of information may persist for a period in routine backups, security and audit records, or where retention is required by law, and those copies are deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

NOVA HUB uses cookies and similar session technologies that are necessary to operate the platform — including authentication, session management, security, and remembering your preferences. We may also use limited analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of NOVA HUB from working.

11. Third-Party Services

NOVA HUB integrates with third-party services in order to deliver certain functionality. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their handling of your information is governed by those policies rather than this one.

Google is an optional connected service. If you connect your Google account, your use of Google services remains subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

12. Children's Privacy

NOVA HUB is a business platform intended for professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material revisions, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of NOVA HUB after an update takes effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
